In US you can get takedowns, in France sysadmins are freaks and worst equipments (see ovh fire incident). Germany or Netherlands are the only good options.

or use your home PC... that's the most safe and stable option (but it depends of your electricity monthly bill) I mean if your cost will be the same as the one from datacenter then it's not ok.
