i guess this question is meant serious, therefore the answer is: no, software compiled on windows wont run on unix based systems and vise versa

while this gives a more or less failsafe guide on how to compile on linux, i personally would suggest you to stay away from it if you are not familiar with linux at all

you can get a vps with windows for under 10 bucks a month that is capable of running trinitycore just fine
