Afaik there is no build in function for this in TrinityCore so you have to come up with something automated yourself

messing with stuff like systemd is probably the best bet for it

on windows you can add the daily restarter in a .bat file and for Linux in .sh file

but there's no point in restarting your server (at least no daily lol) I see wow servers with 40+ days up time...

That's not a positiv sign at all in my eyes, for server health I would always suggest regular restarts - no idea why some servers wear and show uptime like a medal
