As it’s saying MYSQL could not connect to the database with the info you’ve used. Then your info may be wrong. So you will need to force a database user password change

I’ve never had the issue myself, but I have had to assist someone who had a similar issue where it couldn’t connect to the database.

I used revo uninstaller to uninstall MySQL and all its dependancies and left over files, restarted the computer, ran revo again and manually searched MySQL and removed the remaining left over files. Reinstalled MySQL and it worked fine.

Another similar issue is someone chose to not rename authserver.conf.dist to authserver.conf . Which prevented communication
