I only know that if the account is set with SecurityLevel 3 it’s a gm.
Unless somewhere you can only have x amount of characters on 1 account that has GM priviliages?
Check auth conf and world conf maybe?

You could also do `.account set gmlevel <account> 3 -1`

easiest way to show... though unsure if it gives any insight.
top and bottom image from same account, different toons.
Bottom does not show account level, etc, and does not bring up results on an item search, or any commands from gm level.
