Is it correct instructions for create new spell based on existing spell?
1. Copy the spell in `spell.dbc`;
2. Add similar data to database;
3. Create patch.
if yes, then i having some problem with step 2. I have no idea about adding data to the database. I found table `spell_dbc`, but ids do not match with ids in dbc file.
E.g., spell "Lightning Bolt" with id 403 does not exist in table `spell_dbc` (or does it have other id?)
