This is the new Autobalance for Trinity core 3.3.5 patch I made, which can be applied to the latest version of the code, it intended to scale based on number of players, instance mobs and bosses' health, mana, and damage.take what you need. https://github.com/aleigood/TrinityCore-Autobalance
