uhhh......."Could not bind to 192.XXX.XXX.XXX:3724 Address already in use".....i just did a zenmap, that port is NOT open....

so, on my machine, i have 6 cores, and want to use 3 for WOTLK....a.) did i type the right number in? b.) how do i give it permissions to use them on the non-root account?
