Yeah, as i see it right now, i dont need any upgrade because the throughput of the array is more than enough for complex queries too. All db is in the memory all the time so what i actually need is faster ram

67 dedicated server machines or you have 67 running server apps (or VM) on a single server machine with 1kGB RAM?

I'm not sure if you need such resources for a TC 3.3.5 server .. a simple VPS with 2x cores is more than enough connected at 100mbit port speed.
