they arent for a trinitycore server only. currently they are 67% full and my ram usage is around 9XX gb all the time

Yeah as the install guide said, i should avoid lts but theres a lot of changes between 18.04 and 19 so i went with the LTS. Got some problem during the core installation but i solved them
