from the cata classic client of course. you cannot use 4.4.2 for retail

the map extractor for cata_classic is NOT suposed to be used in the retail client folder. install the classic client separately

you mean I only install cata classic? then put extractor in WOW folder and run it ?

yes. though it's weird because the extractor should be looking for the right db2 files on its own
