It has a link near the bottom detailing openssl, with a link to where to get your binaries from

~~So I was just looking at the wiki, and it states ```
Depending on what MySQL version you installed, a different OpenSSL version should be selected.
For MySQL 8.0.34 and newer use OpenSSL 3
For MySQL 8.0 to 8.0.33 use OpenSSL 1.1.1
```
This looks incorrect to me, the TC crypto code requires OpenSSL >= 3.0.0 these days, I don't think the MySQL version is the only relevant thing anymore?~~
I think I'm misremembering/ confusing with sth else. The (old) copies of the crypto files from TC I was using for my client didn't compile with OpenSSL 3, and I had to make a (very minor) adjustment. Not sure what file it was anymore, so can't easily check atm. But it's possible TC added an #ifdef keeping compat with OpenSSL 1.1
