So if I remove 75975 from the npc, he shows up in my phase. but the rest of the npcs don't show up. If I add aura 75975 to the player, nothing happens.

I dont have sniffs but as I see 75975 is the aura for the NPC and now you need to find the second Aura for the player which will match with your 75975

Probably don't have the sniffer setup properly. It runs just fine, but doesn't generate anything.
