yeah its added in Cata, that dont change the fact that master is mostly in Sandbox state for the expansions after Wotlk

<@766029838016184401> These NPCs have to be added to the database manually via sniffs, etc. Just because it's on wowhead doesn't mean that it's been added to TC. There's a lot of work to get the NPC in TC.
