Just like no gameobject should be spawned if an entry doesn't exist in the gameobject table. Atleast that is my understanding.

If I check their .npc info ingame I can see they have a DB GUID of 396673 and 396674 but when I search for these guids in my db I cant find anything. The highest guid in my creature table is 396672

also "npcs" can be spawned by scenes (mostly those are some corpses on the floor like in the maw)

I looked up their entry id in the creature_summon_groups but still no results.
These two mobs are pvp vendors though. They sell items in exchange for Mark of Honor Hold and Mark of Thrallmar.
