Isnt it just a on summon? if you "destroy" the cocoon there is a summon spell used

it looks like it after using Destroying spell it summons a npc that says something "from what I've seen on yt"

Let me rephrase am too much of a noob maybe to get it working... its after the 5th cocoon so basically when the first objective is completed there is a dialogue exchange between 2 npcs...
