We dont support Legion. Ask the ppl of your Legion Core ^^

if its a serverside only spell, use serverside_spell table in **world** database

if you want it visible on the client, use **hotfixes** database and mess with tables starting with `spell_`, plus `hotfix_data` plus `hotfix_blob` (you will need that one if you want to provide tooltips, we don't load Spell.db2 by default)
