If I get kicked from a platform, e.g. in ICC by the ice cream ball, why can't I release the ghost there? The button is then gray?

in the eastvale loggin camp you have an riding trainer and a horse breeder one gives a blank interface see screen 1 and the other doesnt do anything screen 2
Any suggestion on how to fix this if i can have a clue how that works i can resolve more of this issues by myself i dont mind to do this.

At first I thought it was a bug in my new raid, but after I was able to verify it in ICC I wanted to ask here if there is any way to avoid or stop it.
