[Archive] [Question] How do you get the DL'd files to count as add-ons

Quote: I recently Dl'd an arcane mage mod pack and it has a few MPQ's in it. If I run Wow with just the folder with the MPQ's in it, nothing happens. I was wondering what I have to do. Do I have to move the MPQ's into the Data folder or what, I'm at a loss of what to do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
