In the App & browser control, turned off the protections on the launcher too just incase something was being blocked. Hmm, I guess one thing I can try is attempt to run this local. See if the same thing happens.

might try to turn of virus protection and try running it just to see if that is what is stopping it

Gave that a go earlier when you suggested it too. (my firewall is controlled by my endpoint, so turned the whole endpoint off)
