for those we have wiki entries, e.g. for @CGUID its here: <https://trinitycore.info/database/master/world/creature#guid>, those are to be set be a maintainer though, so if you want to develop stuff or if you want to keep it for some personal stuff you should use values out of those ranges. For OGUID its `gameobject` table, `ATSPAWNID` is `areatrigger` and `ATPROPERTIESID` is `areatrigger_properties`

here the 2 values are UNKNOWN because a specific GUID should be referenced (you see that at the comment, its specifying a specific creature). So the CreatureId and CreatureDisplayInfoId should be 0 and you should set the ConversationActorGuid field (e.g. with a followup UPDATE statement). in the `ConversationActorGuid` field you put in the related guid you used for the related creature in `creature` table
