It turns out that I have to create an entry in phase_area (and in phase_name if there are none), and in conditions specify in SourceTypeOrReferenceId=phaseId from the phase_area table, in SourceGroup=AreaID, as well as ConditionTypeOrReference=47 (to track the status of the quest) and in ConditionValue1 specify the task ID from the quest_template table, and in ConditionValue2 the value 64?
Or can the value 8 be used in ConditionTypeOrReference and then ConditionValue2 does not have to be filled in?
