almost every instance has the same ones: min. level X, no trial accounts, and several worldExpressions to meet (normally worldstates to release the instance to public)

you shouldn't need to edit Map.cpp `InstanceMap::GetMaxPlayers()` because the maps are no longer constructed using instancemap
