Oh, yeah, item sets are absurdly good. But they also don't actually apply unless you've got multiple bits of gear.

Also, in Classic stats other than your main stats would still contribute to your char, like agility increases crit chance even for casters. How would you value an agility item, really? It's stronger for agility users but still has value for int users. How do you account for both?

My current gameplan is to take the loot from SoD Gnomeregan, tweak it for illvl 65-68, and then use it as a testbed for item loot in Heroic dungeons.

I mean, item budget is pretty much a useless concept in that setting anyway. Not exactly sure why you're obsessing about it anyway, if you know what I mean
