that way you can e.g. pick item 48 (whatever that may be):
<https://wow.tools/dbc/?dbc=item&build=3.3.5.12340#page=1&colFilter[0]=exact%3A48>, which shows DisplayInfoID=9913, so we look that up:

which is icon `INV_Pants_02`, then we put icon prefix `Interface/icons/INV_Pants_02`
