i downloaded a bfa repack which say its based on trinitycore but at .cheat it says incorrect syntax

Hello, I know that my question is very recurrent. But can't find good answer.. xD
I would like to access my trinity core from internet & local & LAN
I edit mysql database table 'realmlist' with adress = MY_PUBLIC_IP and localAddress = myServerHostingTrinityCoreLANAddress
Is it the correct way ?
