Pretty much. A different way of packet capturing. Although i think thats a bit of a oversimplifications. The sniffer cant sniff pservers. If i recall your bnet account info on retail acts like a sorta key to allow the pkts to be captured.

i have idea so far on this that this may effects cases with phasing, on 434 work it effects individual summon restriction but i think it doesn't use SPELL_ATTR3_ALWAYS_HIT effects
