Rogue Rupture. Wowhead says formula is [(47.712% of Attack power) * (CP+1)], but also it says (and in db2) that AP mod: 0.23856. What does it mean? 47% or 0.23?
If I set damage of it = 0, it deals some amount of damage anyway.
