all three columns is the primary key so you can spawn how many guids you want, but yes, you must add the individual objects to your `gameobject` / `creature` tables to spawn them. By adding them to the spawn group, the core takes control of when they are allowed to spawn

if you somehow want to do that with chests i'd probably do what shauren said and maybe use a "prop" chest that you replace with a real chest once the fight is done to make the loot generation easier, otherwise you gotta do that stuff manually in the boss script
