can you tell the instance script to unload a certain area every X seconds? The problem is that an NPC is spawned far away and only moves when you get close to it.

I noticed smth similar too in wpp, it does export for creature_template_addon spells that doesn't belong there (with no permanent duration)

You can set the creature active via script to prevent that; its not recommended to do so though
