I am going to try to reinstate it from 0, in English with the 2022 version that I suppose will be better.

I am starting the installation of wisual 2022, I downloaded the community version from the microsft page (EN) but as soon as I started the installation it appears in (ES) "Spanish is my native language".
I have selected the same packages as you in 2019 (including the c++ game version)
Would I need to install any plugin (section on the right)? And how could I put it in English to facilitate the logs?
