The only thing it might do is patching the .rdata patches in the file and leave everything else not working or break the binary.

Breakpoints? Err. I don't know how to set those up, never used them before. In all the programming I've done, I've used text logging to see if my code's working.

Ahh, see, I thought variables had to be local to the thread. So I should declare them in the scope outside the thread, same idea as having global vars.

Nah wait, I misunderstood that. You meant the `std::thread()` call is a variable itself, as it spawns a thread. Hmm.
