I have tried on Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11. It works on win 7, win11 and win10 but only on my machines that have older processors. I tested this by putting the server in a vm and moving it between machines. it won't run in the vm on the 12th gen, but will run in the vm on my 8th gen. which is what has me perplexed because I wouldn't think the cpu could be the problem.

Maybe the db server has issues for whatever reason, we would see that in log

In best case you even build in debug and attach debugger while starting. That way the debugger will show whats going wrong
