no no no, the first one is ok, but you don't set the phase again in the "on waypoint ended", the phase is already set. open the event edit window

btw. while this is custom and you can make whatever you prefer, pausing the path it rather not a blizzard way of doing this. According to our knowledge, blizzard has multiple paths when there is a pause between waypoints (instead of a one long path). (But this is just our guess, and you are doing custom things, so it doesn't matter)

The break is necessary because the npc teleports up and only then continues on his way. But I can't set anywhere which phase the event should have from waypoint 7.

But I know that Blizzard sets several waypoints, but in this case with the teleport, the npc has to take a short break, otherwise it bugged up and looks shit ^^
