There will be 2 quests using the same waypoints. The first attempt does not work (story related) and the player then gets a second ritual quest that works. Therefore both quests use the same waypoints

so just add "Self: Set event phase to phase 1" to one gossip and "Self: Set event phase to phase 2" to the second event
