the issue here is that you have git installed on your pc but you did NOT use it to obtain source code

Does that make a difference? I would use git for it, but my connection is not stable enough for that, it has little spike and prevents me from full downloads. Im lucky if i get a full rar/zip download from Github without starting the download new
