for you case, you want mmap_generator 1 --debugOutput "true" --tile "32,32"

it will generate a debug .obj file with vertices and polygons that you can load as Tile Mesh in recastdemo, plus .mmap and .mmtile that you can load with "Load mmtile" button. copy in the same folder .map file as that's needed too (from mapextractor)
