mm if you're getting the Opcodes from injection I am guessing you're hooking the Net Send or something like that, How would you write an IDA script to get the codes? (Sorry for the potentially dumb question but I'd think the OPcodes aren't statically stored ?)

Had a bit of a free time, it works now! I've missed one of the creature ids, it is fixed now. When one arrives in Nortshire Abbey, a nice battle scene is seen all around.
Now I need to find a way to contribute :-)
