I mean.. it depends on what you want.. the big range is probably $20-$35/hr

That being said, if you're lucky you can find some decent people that work cheap.. but that's rare in my experience

Well 20-35 is less then what i was quoted on another website for recruiting devs. Aslong as it doesnt take 30 hours to do 1 script.. lol

Well im trying to do wotlk blizz like without classes but i dont like how most servers go about it.. that and more bag slots (more bags usable not better bags).. increased cap on professions per character..

ah. The whole concept of removing class limitations is a bit wonky, since the core is made with classes in mind.. gotta do some trickery

removing classes is relatively easy, but balancing it is nearly impossible
From the top of my head, i'd say the easiest, is to remove all "class" masking (or setting it to 1 class), disabling class selection, so you're forced into 1 class.. Druid is probably best, since you'd be able to preserve all 3 power bars without any modifications (energy, rage and mana) -- you could also just go with only using 1 type of power, and balance everything around that

as for bags, I mean.. you'd probably need to be more specific with what you'd like it to do

and the increased cap of professions could be a little tricky since the UI is made for only 2... could do a custom patch that changes the UI
