you have to either delete the mysql volume first (`docker compose down -v`) or change the password through sql commands. [This stack overflow](https://stackoverflow.com/a/48249930) should be a rough approximation of how to do that

How could I change root password in docker container since the container stop automatically once I stop the mysql service.
Should I stop the mysql container and deploy a new one?
