I don't know the minimum but I am running mine on a really old pc, which only has 2 cores and 4gb of ddr3 memory so

yeah. if there's a low number of players in the same zones, resource usage can be quite low. It starts to balloon when the players are in different zones and when there's more players, especially if they're in different zones
