So for a long time i've been playin' WoW and i've heard alot of model changing, map editing, and watched as time marched on and Dopefish / Sno blew away millions of people(myself included) with some pretty amazing editing. Now i'm finally wanting to get involved to try and have a bit more fun with the game, but having no idea where to go i asked a buddy of mine, and he pointed me in this direction.
Well, i'm here in the thick of it, a complete newbie of all things to do with model and map editing, though i'm not much interested in the latter.
This may or may not be the correct place to post this, but can anyone give me a hand? Show me how to get started, give me a few points, and if they would be willing, help me with my 'baby' steps in model editing.

and for model editing I would recommend Glitchy's suite since it'll simplify your editing ten fold. http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...chy-s-mes.html

There are various guide's here on theese forums aswell on how to get started.
