The easiest way is to make a `docker-compose.override.yml` with these contents:
```yaml
services:
ac-db-import:
user: "${DOCKER_USER:-root}"
```
using an override file makes it so you can `git pull` without needing to merge anything

at the "root" of the dir, directly next to the other `docker-compose.yml`
