yeah - to be super clear, when I say that acore-docker works for me (and many others, though not all), that's with acore-docker having the changes from [that pull request](https://github.com/azerothcore/acore-docker/pull/34) applied, _not the master branch of acore-docker_

i am trying both to be on safe side - my original one crapped out and I pulled your patch on that one. I then made new acore clone and tried that and both give me issues so I was surprised that fresh one crapped out on me. It is the master branch I just git clone https://github.com/azerothcore/acore-docker.git

Sure. For the testing, make sure you try that pull request as well, since the docker-compose.yml in acore-docker@master is broken until the PR is merged

that is correct. acore-docker@master will not work
acore-docker was created by the previous maintainer of AzerothCore's docker builds, but supporting the build across 2 repos is much more difficult than supporting it in one repo, so I only do best-effort for acore-docker.
I typically recommend to people desiring to use docker to just use azerothcore-wotlk since it's much easier to support.
