Yeah I couldn't figure out from the documentation how it wants those, but tried both address field by itself and all 3, I've not restarted the containers with it being db though, worth trying that?

For now I've set it back to my closest understanding of the docs, which is the local address/subnet back to 127.0.0.1, there is no nat stuff happening here btw, my host is on an external

if it's external, keeping that as the defaults (127.0.0.1) would be best.
