ah, yes. thats a few months ago. the easy fix is to copy the env/docker folder to env/dist

sounds good. On the side if you haven't already, it's probably a good time to take a database backup, just in case

you can do something like `docker compose up -d --remove-orphans`, which will remove the old ones.

the volume containing database data shouldn't have changed, so thats safe (still, backup though)

I don't use it, but maybe. Can you right click a DB and use an "Export database as SQL" option?
