Unless you've made a specific config for it, it's not going to be another port. Just for clarities sake, what changes (if any) have you made to the config files, or to the docker-compose.yml/docker-compose.override.yml files?

It's clearly windows firewall for some reason, if I turn it off or allow any remote ports it works immediately.

Theres a lot as I turned on a lot of windows server features, but I'll scan through and check and see if they are allow rules or block rules

Ok so windows defender just sucks, used command line to open each port local and remote on their own rules and its working as advertised
