My understanding for Docker on windows is that it's all happening in a Linux VM so it shouldn't be an issue. I think your original message was using windows-style filepaths, which isnt correct either since docker is basically Linux

I think my volumes were the issue. The first time I tried to build 2 days ago I accidently killed it during the initial setup, I think perhaps it thinks it was "complete" but there was actually corruption or just missing items that weren't done
