it's not good or bad, it's just how the port is exposed to your computer (the wow server still uses 3306)

If you can connect to the database, it's not a problem, you dont need to do anything.
If you want to change the port away from 63306, you can open the `docker-compose.yml` file in a text editor (Notepad, VsCode, etc)
