If not you may want to check 'docker logs' for the worldserver container to see if there were any error messages during startup

You could also try adding it to your docker-compose.yml file's shared config, like this:

working_dir: /azerothcore

Also, if you're in PST, you can try just using America/Vancouver instead, it should do the exact same thing
